Team Registration

Team registration will take place on Friday, September 2nd at Soccer Stadium from 4-9pm.  For those teams who are out of town, there will also be registration on Saturday, Sept. 3rd from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM at Dideriksen Park. A team representative must register no less than 90 minutes prior to their team’s first game.  Failure to do so will jeopardize your team’s ability to play. 

The following must be presented at registration by each team:

 

  1. A copy of Official State Team Roster for us to keep
  2. Notarized Medical Release Form for each player giving you as coach the authority to make medical decisions. 
  3. Player Passes.  NO PASS, NO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. Permission to play out-of-state form (if applicable).
     

Any pre-ordered merchandise can be picked up at registration. Additional merchandise will be on sale at registration and at the tournament sites, but only pre-orders are guaranteed to be available.

We will be participating in the US Soccer Foundation Passback program (www.passback.org), so we encourage your teams (players and parents) to bring all old balls, cleats, shinguards, uniforms, etc. to the Passback table at Dideriksen Park.  Also, we encourage all teams to come to tournament headquarters at Dideriksen Park for rides, vendors, giveaways, and more.
