Team Registration

In an effort to save everyone time and gas money we will conduct registration on site at Dideriksen Park (Tournament Headquarters) on Friday, Sept. 4 from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday, Sept. 5 from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. A team representative must register no less than 90 minutes prior to their team’s first game.  Failure to do so will jeopardize your team’s ability to play. The following must be presented at registration by each team:
 
  • A copy of your official State team roster and any related add/drop forms. We will retain this copy.
  • 2009 Labor Day Invitational Tournament roster showing guest players (if applicable) – 2 copies. This is mandatory for all teams. One copy will be retained by tournament officials, one will be given back to you to present during team check in. (See link below)
  • Player passes – USYSA or US Club Soccer. This is an unrestricted tournament. NO PASS, NO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.Medical Release forms, notarized, for all players. All medical release forms must be current for the 2009-2010 Soccer Year.
  • Permission to travel forms for all out of state teams (non-US Club).
 
Also, we encourage all teams to come to tournament headquarters at Dideriksen Park for rides, vendors, giveaways, and more. 
 
And we will be participating in the US Soccer Foundation Passback program (www.passback.org), so we encourage your teams (players and parents) to bring all old balls, cleats, shinguards, uniforms, etc. to the Passback table at Dideriksen Park.
