It’s time for the East Brunswick Soccer Club’s 29th annual Labor Day Tournament (Sept. 4-6) ... and what do we do for an encore? Last year more than 210 teams participated in one of our most competitive tournaments ever. And we even hosted a two-hour autograph session with East Brunswick’s Heather O’Reilly, fresh off of her US National Team’s gold medal-winning performance in the Olympics.
 
There are lots of reasons why we’ve hosted one of the longest running and most successful tournaments in the state: a convenient, cental location; great fields (including three lighted turf fields); flighting for all skills levels (select, premier and national); four games guaranteed; a carnival atmosphere (with lots of vendors and lots of fun); and much, much more.
 
And one big benefit to the EBSC tournament: weather permitting, we’ll play all games on Friday evening (for local teams), Saturday and Sunday, which will give you and your families the day off on Monday, Labor Day, to enjoy a family day before the start of the school year.  
 
We have a limit of 210 teams this year, so we urge you to register today to avoid being locked out or placed on a waiting list. Contact our LDT director  for more information.
