EBSC encourages all coaches to further their own coaching education, and to that end EBSC will reimburse all fees for successfully completing a licensing course.  At present, no license is required to coach in the Recreational League, but an F License is required to coach in the Travel Program.  However, all coaches are required to be obtain a Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. certification, which grants to the coach partial immunity from legal actions arising over accidents which occur at practices and games.
