The Dynamo and Flemington played to a tie for the second time this season. The final was 0-0 as the winds blew strongly. The Dynamo had the wind in the first half and had some opportunities, but did not convert. In the second half, the team also had a few scoring opportunities, but it was tough against the wind. Benny, John, and Matt T played shutdown defense and Chewy had a spectacular game with at least a half dozen nice saves.
This weekend, the boys face Hopewell Valley in what turns out to be a huge game. There is a logjam at the top of the division. With all 6 teams each having 3 games left, 2 teams, Princeton and Cranford are out, but the remaining 4 teams all have a shot at the championship.
Parsippany has 8 points, Flemington and Hopewell Valley each have 9. The Dynamo are in the lead with 10 points and hold their destiny in their hands. Let's Go Dynamo!!!
