Q: What is the cost of the program, and what is included?

Cub Club: $130
U5-U12 : $160
3M: $180

Includes: 

  • Pre-Season coach & parent clinic 
  • 8 weeks of league games
  • 8 weeks of Professional training 
  • Player jersey (Ball for U6 and below) 
  • Participation award for all players U5–U10, placement awards for U12

Q: What group does my child belong in?

Q: What is the Work Bond?

A: A work bond program where each parent submits an additional fee for each child to the league upon registration. After completing your volunteer assignment (2-hour shift per player with a max of 2 shifts), the fee is returned to the family. Volunteer opportunities include field maintenance, field set up, field breakdown, snack shop, Picture Day, etc. The fee for this year's work bond is $200.  If you know you cannot volunteer, you have the choice to buy-out of the work bond upfront for $175.  Volunteer opportunities will be communicated via email throughout the season. It is your responsibility to make sure your work bond is fulfilled, or you will be charged the $200. Please note that TOPs volunteering does not fulfill work bond requirements, and Cub Club are NOT responsible for work bonds.

 

Selected Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches are waived from the work bond requirement. 

 

Q: What is the TOP Soccer Program?

A: TOP Soccer stands for The Outreach Program and is a US Youth Soccer community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and to play soccer to any boy or girl who has a mental or physical disability. If your child is not special needs, please select either our Futures program (U3 - U7) or our recreation program (U8 and up).

Q: My child is not special needs.  Can I enroll in the TOP Soccer program?

A: No. The TOP Soccer Program is only being offered to build community awareness of this exciting opportunity!  Please select the Futures program (U3 - U7) or our recreation program (U8 and up) and pay the standard registration fee of $160.

Q: How old does my child have to be to play soccer?

A: Our Cub Club program is designed for the youngest players. For the Fall  2025 season, children must be born in 2022 to start playing. The program is open to children born in 2022 and 2023. 

Q: How long is registration open?

A: Registration is open through August 2025. A late registration period runs a week after regular registration closes, with a $35 non-refundable late fee. After Late registration closes, players will be placed on a waiting list, and if a spot becomes available, the $35 late fee will apply. Please register promptly to ensure your spot and avoid delays in team placement.

Q: When does the season start and end?

A: The Spring season runs fromSeptember 6 - October 25. 

Q: What is the schedule?

A: The game schedule will be finalized one week before the season starts. Recreational games are played on Saturdays Only Cub Club and Super Stars have set times.

All teams for players born between 2018 and 2013 are expected to hold at least one practice per week. The head coach will determine Practice days and times and communicate once teams are formed.

Q: I am interested in volunteering my time. How do I let EBSC know?

A: When you register, you can opt to volunteer as a Head Coach or an Assistant. We are always looking for more coaches and assistants, so please consider doing so. You can also select if you want more information on Field Maintenance or Snack Stand Duty. For TOP Soccer, special training is required, so please reach out to our TOP Soccer Director with any questions or for more information on that program. Please note that volunteering for TOPS does not fulfill work bond requirements.  Note - all volunteers must be at least 13 years of age.

Coaches Needed: We strongly encourage you to consider registering as a head coach or an assistant. The Club will take steps to assist you if you are starting. Our Club continues to grow in enrollment, and we MUST have additional coaches to meet those needs. Please see our coach's corner for updated information regarding coaching requirements. 

Q: What is the refund policy for the Spring 2025 season?

A: All Refunds will be subjected to a minimum $15 processing fee.  Refund requests before registration closes will be a 75% refund;  with a $15 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued starting opening day .  Please note that late fees are not refundable. For refund requests, please email the VP of Registration with the following information: Player’s name, DOB, and reason for the refund.
